What do you think an IN-STATE student’s UW & W GPA, SAT score, and class rank should be if that student has mediocre ECs and no hooks.
If you look at Sections C9 - C12 of the Common Data Set, you may get approximate answers for some of your questions.

No one can answer your question, but you could look at the EA & RD threads for last year’s results. That may give you some guidance. Regardless, good essays and recommendations could make up for mediocre ECs.

Here is my guess, I think a 30 ACT and top 10% in your class would get you in.
If your essay has ungrammatical phrases like “You must’ve went to Harvard” in it, I don’t think your chances are very good.
your questions and responses don’t deserve answers to info that is readily available. If your essays reflect your attitude here, I would say look for a safety

3.8+ UW
4.5+ W
1300 SAT will get you in the 50th percentile, 30+ ACT
Top 10% is a must, top 10 is better (depends on your high school)
Essays must be excellent and show what you have to offer to the incoming class at UNC
Need about 5 AP classes with good (4-5) test scores to show readiness for college level work
A rigorous course load and your school’s successful placement of students will influence your results
