Okay so here's the deal, getting into stanford has been my dream since 5th grade. Obviously since then i've grown more realistic, and I now realize that it's seemingly impossible, but none the less, what do you think my chances are?

Ethnicity: Asian
Year: Going into junior year at a nationally ranked public high school
GPA: 3.84
Courses: All IB courses, will take four years of all IB subjects, 2 years ahead in math, have taken summer courses at the University of Washington
EC's: Key Club Class Rep, Future Business Leaders of America community service chair, varsity tennis team for 3 years, honor society for 4 years, 150+ hours of community service, Freshman/Sophmore class leadership position
Rank: Upper 10%, possibly 5% of high school class, 90th percentile for SAT and ACT
Other stuff: fluent in 3 languages, have taken talented youth courses at the University of Washington, won business and tennis awards at state and national levels, family members are Berkeley Alumni

Any chances at all? What about to Berkeley, UC Santa Clara, UC Davis, UC Irvine?

The IB thing is good, but your GPA is quite low and 90th percentile on SAT/ACT isn't really high enough to get into Stanford. A 32 on the ACT is 99th percentile, so what did you score to get a 90th percentile? I'm pretty sure Stanford applicants should have a 33+ to be competitive.
