Opinions on Chances

I'm only a Junior in high school this year but I wanted to see if these projected stats would be enough.

School : Poor Urban School named Best Public School in Western New York.
GPA : 4.0 Unweighted, I believe 5.0 Weighted.
Class Rank : School doesn't do them.
SAT I's : Averaging around a 2100 on Practice Tests and am set to take it soon.
APs : Took AP Euro (5), and AP English Literature (4) as a sophmore along with AP Spanish (3) which I am cancelling and retaking. This year i will be taking AP Spanish (again), AP Statistics, and AP U.S. History. Senior year most likely just AP Calculus.
Courses : I've been taking the most difficult offered being double advanced in math and advanced once in Spanish. I am also enrolled in the IB diploma program which goes above and beyond the AP level and I will have a full schedule of that including IB Spanish, IB Economics, IB History of the Americas, IB Theory of Knowledge, IB Physics, and IB Math Methods.
Extra Curriculars : Varsity Crew (Will be 4 Years), Debate Team (W.B. 4 Years), Masterminds Captain (5 years), Helicon Literary Magazine (W.B. 4 Years), Student Council (W.B. 7 Years, Including being an Elected Rep), Diploma from High School of Jewish Studies, Extensive Volunteer on Political campaign, and Amnesty International (W.B. 3 Years) Member.

I'd also like to add that I'm thinking about Williams now because their Political Economy Program is exactley what I want to do.

Can't see where to edit my above posts, so a new one. This year I will also be taking AP Microeconomics and AP Macroeconomics.

Neb:
No one here can really tell you what your chances are at any of the most selective schools. But I'd say you're on the right track. Work on making your SATs the best they can be. Williams is a school where "demonstrated interest" matters. Visit, and be sure to stop in at the admissions office when you do. Contact the crew coach.

Neb...Write you essays with passion, be creative and let the admission officers get a sense of you. Your stats put you in the ballpark, now cork the bat with some good writing. Schools like Williams reject students with almost perfect SAT scores who submit bland applications.
