Hey everyone,
I am a rising sophomore from Ethiopia, Africa at a top 15 liberal arts college. I plan on majoring in Econ and Math and have a decent GPA of 3.7. I am now looking for internships and came across Inroads and SEO. Are there other career programs that like these that help underrepresented minorities get jobs in Wall Street?

Also, What is the best time to apply to these programs? I am thinking if I can get them out of the way now before school starts that would be nice, but I am afraid of applying to early.
