Current students only can opt-in until tomorrow afternoon for any away game tickets (including Michigan) they may want. You’ll then be notified by email if you qualify based on hours earned through last fall.

Any current student seeing this post is in trouble. It’s finals week. Get off of CC and STUDY!! :-)

Thanks for the reminder. Of course, she already took care of it and is in the library studying She doesn’t think she’ll get tickets, but it’s worth a try!!!

I don’t see where son would do this. I don’t know if he’s interested in going to the game himself, but his uncles are definitely interested in attending.

DS was in the library studying for Calc III exam when I reminded him. His response was “eh, could you do that for me?” Of course I did. Glad he was studying! He wanted me to request them all. Not sure how he plans on getting to all of them, but if he gets tickets we’ll make it happen! ROLL TIDE!!!

IF you REALLY want to go to the MIZZOU game, it’s easiest to fly into St. Louis. It’s 120 miles to Columbia. Easy drive on interstate 70. IF you REALLY don’t mind riding with us crazy INDY folks, we can pick you up in St.Louis on our way through. Accommodations are on you since we stay with my family in their little house. But we could give you a ride back to St. Louis on our way home.
I know a few of the CC parents will be at the game, half in b/g half in crimson!

Any idea if these tickets will be first-come, first-served if we meet the credit hour requirements? The purchasing window is during final exams for many classes.

No, whoever meets the credit hour cutoff will get a ticket if they want it as long as they buy it within the time frame. If any are left after that they’ll offer them to the next group.

I imagine the order of difficulty to qualify will be
LSU (90+ hours)
Michigan (70+hours)
Tennessee (65+ hours)
Missouri (30+ hours)
Arkansas (30+ hours)

Probably not right off the bat. But if years past hold to form there will be tickets to a few of those games remaining and they’ll offer them to current freshmen. Just be sure to opt-in for the games you want because you never know what the cutoff might be. But if you don’t opt-in you won’t have any chance at all.

Yeah I just saw. I guess most students figured getting to Dallas wouldn’t be feasible. Glad to see that just about everyone who wanted tix to that game will get them though. I hope my post didn’t scare anyone off from trying.

I’m a sophomore at UA, so I was only able to get Michigan tickets. Since it is a such a long distance, I am hoping to pick up an extra ticket for a family member to take with me. So if any of your children opted in and doesn’t want their Michigan ticket, then I would definitely compensate them for buying it.

Oh Snap! My Labor Day weekend just took a turn. My (current) Freshman S and most all of his friends got Michigan tickets - - who expected that?? That is so awesome, but it means my house will be overflowing with kids. Just had a call from S asking what is the limit on the # of kids we could accommodate. I said 10 - - he convinced me 15 was doable. Seriously, I may head to the Marriott for the weekend.
