Optimum SAT IIs for Econ Major.

Hey,
Bit of a dillema. I got 2060 on SAT and am applying to various US colleges for econ major. I'm from Ireland.

I'm already preparing for French and Spanish SAT IIs but also want to take a thir one.

I got the Barron's Math IIC Book but I find it mind-boggling and its completely incongruous to the Irish system.

I've read on these forums about how easy Lit is, I got 760 on CR so this is obviously a strong area for me.

Would it be a seriously bad idea to take French/Spanish/Lit. as SAT IIs (by the way, I need to take three), as it shows no maths skills? Anyone got any other idea for a third one?

Natural Sciences? Chemistry, Biology or Physics? Though for Econ. Maj. Math wouldn't be a bad idea...
but I am an International applicant, too; so I might be wrong...

math and physics

my best subjects are Business Studies, Economics and Accountancy. It's kind of stupid the way they aren't offered as SAT IIs but nothing I can do about it. As I don't do any lab. sciences, I guess I'm pretty much forced into doing Math IIC?
