Opting /not/ to receive credit from APs? (UC)

<p>Hey everyone,</p>

<p>does anyone know whether or not you can opt not to receive AP credits? Apparently I've accumulated 36 units from AP in total, but Berkeley apparently doesn't accept 4-year-uni transfers with more than 120 quarter/80 sem. credits, and UCLA doesn't accept more than 130... and I will almost definitely accumulate more than that if I don't omit some credits from my APs =( especially cuz i'm taking a pretty full schedule. Help would be appreciated, thank you!</p>

<p>Call the colleges you're interested in transferring to & ASK them. They accept many transfers & are used to helping deal with these situations. It's important not to guess & get straight answers so you can make good choices.</p>
