<p>If anything, it would be harder to reject an application that has a face. It reminds them, I guess, that their decision affects a real person and they may think about it for a split second more, which could make a <em>slight</em> difference in decisions, but not anything really significant. I think you should attach one, especially if you’ve visited.</p>

<p>I know people in the adm office. They don’t really care. They say it’s interesting to put a face to a name, but never affects decisions. </p>

<p>What could you imagine them saying? “Oohhh, I like her blouse. ACCEPTED!” or “Ewww shave that unibrow, DEFERRED”</p>

62.5% of those who included a picture were accepted. 12.5% were rejected. 25% were differed.
66.66% of those who did not include a picture were accepted. 33.33% were differed.</p>

<p>In short, it probably makes no difference at all.</p>
