optional rec... like from who?

<p>I know a non-academic core teacher who taught me two optional classes in 11th grade, and knows me very well personally. far better than the two academic teachers that i'm getting the rec from. she will undoubtably give me an awesome rec, cause I'm the most senior member of the school store which she runs. She trusts me with school money, her keys, jewelry and whatnot..</p>

<p>but is this a good optional rec to send? or are uni's looking for like coaches and stuff?</p>
