Options?

So, I am currently a senior in high school and will be attending University of Mount Union in the fall. I'm going to major in Japanese so I'm planning on studying abroad at some point. Mount Union's study abroad options are Kansai Gaidai in Hirakata (near Osaka), Kwansei Gakuin in Nishnomiya (same city I stayed in when I went), Hiroshima University, and Nagasaki University of Foreign Studies. Hiroshima, Nagasaki, and Kwansei all are USAC programs. Each have a maximum enrollment number which I assume is overall, not for each school. So I don't think I would be able to get into these programs. Would I be able to go to a college that's not on Mount Union's list? Maybe Temple University Japan? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
