On my To Do List, it says that I have to complete a Lender Selection Form and Loan Counseling Form for the Office of Financial Aid. I'm confused about this because I rejected any loans that Emory offered me. Do I still have to complete them?

Also, my high school is supposed to send out my final transcript, right?

I’m not sure about the answers to the questions concerning FA, but your high school does need to send out a final transcript.

OMG. I have to do this.

I’m so confused. I hate finance stuff. GAAAHHHHHH.

it’s extremely easy. Just keep clicking ‘ok’…the harder part is choosing a lender.

So you just click stuff for the interview?

(aka: it’s a passive process, and I don’t actually have to write out answers to any questions???)

yes that is correct, hilsa. Just keep on clickin’ and you’ll get through it. (The Feds require interviews for all loanees so they understand the fact that they gotta pay the $ back; it appears that Emory just handles it online.)

I understand that, but I declined the loans that Emory offered me. Do I still have to complete the forms?

The Feds require interviews for all loanees so they understand the fact that they gotta pay the $ back

Wow. That’s sad that some people don’t understand that loans have to be repaid.

No one answered my question yet…

If you decline all loans then no, you should not have to complete the loan forms.
