Order of Classes

How should premed classes be taken? I have AP credit for both Chem and Biology and that covers the intro classes and the labs. I will not have AP credit for physics, so I will need to take the intro class. Would the following be a good idea:

Freshman Year:
Biology Requirement
Physics Requirement (Intro)
English Requirement

Sophomore Year:
Organic Chem Requirement

Is this what most people do? Also, because I have already finished General Chemistry (via AP credit) what do I take to satisfy the year requirement for it? Do I take another year of Orgo?

Also, I will have finished Calc III and IV (Diff. Equations) at my local CC during high school. Will I have to take a math class in college to satisfy the one year calculus requirement?

When you took calculus at the community college while you were in high school, did you get high school credit for the classes? If so, many colleges will not accept those classes as college classes for credit.
If you did receive college credit, there is no need to take any other math - except that some people find statistics helpful.

Med School admissions won't accept AP credit for any premed requirements. You could take higher level courses, or you could go ahead and take the entry courses, excell in them and spend your time preparing for the MCAT which will cover content from those courses. Most people tend to think that no matter how good your high school AP class was, the college class w/lab will still be challenging enough.

Having said that, other classes that are considered good are BioChemistry and Genetics.

Talk with your premed advisor about how those might work into the premed requirements as possible replacement courses for some of the into level courses.
