Order of classes

Just a quick question here...

I had to take Chem1 (General Inorganic) in the Spring of 05. I found out that Chem2 for fall is all closed up and even conflicts with my major-related classes. Basically I can't take it even if I had special permission. So I'll probably end up taking it in Spring 06--a year after. Will this be a problem?

I reigstered for Chem2 during summer, but I had three classes in summer and dropped one--which happened to be Chem2. Summer pace was too intense for three math/science classes! This is my only 'W' grade.

My main question is: Do they just look at the grades you got (including W's), or in which order you took classes? I know that some people do postbac's in just Pre-Med so I wasn't sure.

They dont care about order, they care about grades. They wil question why you dropped the class. And it may hurt you a little

I agree with bigndude, in that class order doesn't matter. A 'W' grade might hurt a little, but not much.
