Order Your Football tickets now!

damn I missed the lottery!!!! :(

So I havent gotten an email, I logged onto that link but it says they have no files for me but I still havent gotten my money back.

How long do they take to refund you? Cause If I havent gotten the lottery I really want to order tickets for the Georgia game.

where do i go to check football tickets?

yeah, the same thing happened to me. i called but no one had an answer. have any other incoming freshmen heard back about tickets, and if so, how?

no one i know has heard back about tickets

Use the link i gave you above. Put in your UF username (that you already use to access ISIS etc....) and your UFID (should be an eight digit number, don't use the hyphen) and you will go to a page that will either say "congratulations, you won.... OR Unfortunately, you did not win..."

They didn't send emails. Go to the link and check for yourselves.

it just says they do not have my student information on file...it says the same for others i have talked to

Maybe its just taking a longer time to process incoming freshmen records. I am going into my senior year, so my record are probably easier to access and process. I am sure you will get an email when they get to it.

I called the Athletics office and was told I lost the lottery. :(
But I still have my gator growl ticket! :D
The guy who took my call was really nice, told me that his roommate didn't win the lottery for 2 years yet was still able to go to every home game.

Yes, you can still get into home games if you don't win the lottery. It is just more of a hassle and you may not be thrilled with where you sit. This is from my daughter's letter:

Fortunately, this is NOT your only chance to score a ticket to UF’s
football games this Fall.
We have another great option at this point for you to consider.

You can purchase student tickets on a single game basis via our
Unclaimed Ticket Sales during
the season. We will sell all unclaimed student tickets every Thursday
evening starting at 6 p.m.
of a football game week. To order you must call the G.A.T.O.R.S. phone
system ((352) 384-3262
locally or (877) 428-6747 toll-free nationwide). You can then pick up the
ticket you ordered the
next day (Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Student Ticket Office).

*Please keep in mind that you will also be required to show your valid,
most recent Gator1 ID card
the day of the game, along with your UF student football ticket at
designated student gates
(Gates 12 – 15) in order to be admitted into the stadium!

My S got the same error "no files". Just got off the phone with the ticket office, this error is happening a lot this year to incoming freshman. They don't no why. It doesn't mean you didn't get tickets, because S has season tickets. So if you got the no info, call the ticket office.

Darn, didnt get them. And it will take 3-5 business days to refund my money. For anyone calling, just dial for the operator because that system is a pain, it kept telling me to dial numbers but it said them way to fast and then it would just hang up on me.

called the office and i got'em. so excited!!!

So is anyone on here getting the Georgia game tickets?

I'm going to since I didn’t get any tickets but is it another lottery for those tickets as well or is it guaranteed that I get tickets once I buy them?

i called and no tickets -_-

what phone # do we call & is it only open during business hours?

Its just like when you went to get the season tickets. You call the same number so I dont think it matters what time you call.

i'm still confused...how do i check if i have tickets...the operator doesn't give me an option to check and see if i have tickets...

When you call and listen to all the options, they will tell you if you wish to speak to the operator anytime press 1,0 and then pound, I think is what it is. When the operator picks up the line, just explain that you are trying to find if you got tickets or not and she/he will direct you to the right place.

yeah. its the same number, but extension 6800 instead of 6878. hth
