Both of these seem like possibilities. Can anyone give me any feedback that might be useful when comparing the 2? Looking for a psychology degree so both have it, but it isn’t a super specialized degree.

Overall, University of Oregon is the flagship university in Oregon and higher rated than OSU… For psychology, it probably would not make much difference.
