Organic Chemistry 140c Spring 2009

I am taking organic chemistry 140c next spring and because of my work schedule I can't take Albizati (who I heard is very straight forward). So, that leaves Tor or Ternansky. I took Ternansky for 140A and managed to get an A. However, I was thinking about taking Tor's honors class. Does anyone know how he is as a professor? What does the honors class require that the regular class doesn't?

Thanks in advance.

Tor is absolutely fantastic. I had him for 140C and 254 (graduate mechanisms class) and he's been teaching for so long that he has a knack for picking out the important bits and teaching those really really well. Exams are a piece of cake if you take good lecture notes (I didn't have to open the book once the entire quarter!). He's also emotionally stable ... unlike someone else's mood swings.

lmao, emotionally stable is good. Not opening my book all quarter sounds too good to be true. Thanks for the info.
