Organization Behavoir and Human Resources

I'm interested in majoring in this in college. I have been researching this field for a while and I have been liking what i've been reading. My plan is to get my undergrad business degree with a concentration in this, as well as another undergrad degree with concentrations in mathematic and secondary education. However, when I read about people going to mba programs and getting work experience, i only see info about finance, accounting ibanking, and consulting. Can anyone tell me more about the availability of jobs in HR. Is it possible to get many HR internships and post grad jobs and go on to a top mba program? How is the starting pay in HR? What are the hours like? How is the advancement in this field? What are the general end level positions for people that do HR?

I plan on getting the dual undergrad degree because at some point i want to teach high school for a while, and at some point I want to do business. Eventually, I think that I want to become a part of the HR team for an education system or university. Is my plan feasible?

Thanks in advance for anyone who offers their comments, advice and assistance.

bump, can anyone help me?

anyone....

<<<<<bump>>>>> i'd like to know as well</bump>

Theres a lot of jobs in HR from what I hear but the pay is below average, I will elaborate tommorow

HR is a great career path. Undergrads can expect salaries that range between $35,000 and $55,000. And you can definitely get into top MBA programs if you have gfood experience in HR. Starting salaries for graduate students in HR range between $50,000 and $80,000. HR professionals can earn in the $200,000 range in their prime. HR and OB is a very popular undergraduate field for lawyers too.
