Alright, so my orientation session is in a week or so and I have a couple concerns and questions.

Foreign Language Placement - reading online it says "Foreign language is a requirement in the College of Letters and Science. However, any one of the following criteria will fulfill this requirement. If any one of the following apply to you, you do not need to take a foreign language placement exam. " Does this mean the PLACEMENT exam is required? Or just taking a foreign language in college? I havent fufilled the requirements to avoid the placement, so I am concerned about this. If I am required to take this placement exam, when can I do so? It doesn’t mention online and I am completely unprepared to do so at orientation.

Math Placement - I plan on taking the 34 series math, and to my understanding, this does nottt require a placement exam, correct?

Major- My current/applied as major is Undec. I want to change this to biology or history or literature sometime. I am completely unaware of how I do this, and when? After my first year? If it helps I am interested in the medical field, but I have read somewhere it may be beneficial to have a non-science major if applying to med school?

Thanks…I’m going at this blind and hope the folks at orientation will guide me with their insight and position.

Also, for those of you who have gone to orientation, if you are staying off campus (I’m staying at FPDT), are we requiered to be there for breakfast?

Thanks for any answers and for reading.
