<p>We stayed here in October. The streetcar stops in front of the hotel and is about 10 minutes away from Tulane. Hotel was nice, affordable and staff was great. Breakfast wasn’t that great but for the price this hotel was a great deal. Very clean and quiet. There is parking on site which is not always the case at most hotels in New Orleans and if you become a facebook fan, parking is free.</p>
