To start, how does the school get my ap scores so I can get the transferred credit? I've read a lot of people looked on their admissions page and it was there but mines not. I already got the scores in the mail and it said something about a 15 dollar fee to send them. Is there any other way? And if they don't get it by the july 15th deadline what happens?

Also, it said somewhere to bring transcripts to orientation. Is that absolutely necessary? I don't know how I'd get them here in time since my orientation date is this thursday and friday.
What happens if I don't bring them, do they still have a back up transcripts?

I’m not sure about your ap scores. But about your transcripts, I think they mean unofficial transcripts. You can get those fairly easy at your HS front desk. The want you to take those because during orientation you will be signing up for classes and those will come in handy. You should still call asap to ask about the ap scores and about the transcripts (just to be sure). Have fun and congrats on getting into UCSB!!

When you take AP tests, you have the option to send out 1 free AP score report to a college. If you don’t put down the college school code at the the time of the test, you have to pay $15 (or $25 for fast delivery) for college board to send the scores.

As for transcripts, it says you only need an unofficial copy if you have done coursework from other colleges or universities.
