Orientation Housing and Dates?

Two questions, one problem:
My cousin and I are both accepted into the Ohio State (Scholars program) but with different majors.
Because of so, we have different orientation dates (June 3-4. June 5-6).

I) Where the orientations discusses guests, I am lost. Must the guests find their own sleeping space, or are they included in the Orientation Housing Fee?

II) There is no point of going down to Columbus twice for the same reason-- wasting money and time-- especially if the dates are just a day away from the other. Is there any chance of convincing advisers to match up our different dates?

Thanks!

I would call the admissions office and ask them about this. If it is a huge inconvenience I’m sure they would be willing to work with you somehow. I know that, personally, my orientation date is the same time as my graduation and I’m not going to be able to be there. Here’s the number… (614) 688-4636

Thank you for replying.
Luckily, I emailed orientation, and they are trying to work out the dates.

I hope that things run well for you though.
