orientation meals

did most of you do kosher meals?

no ------10

Was anybody actually nuts enough to eat at East Quad? You have to be a starving African child with no taste buds to eat there period.

I had 3 breakfasts and a lunch there. My other lunch I had at bursley, huge difference by the way, bursley's food is way better.

do your parents feed you?

Why is there so much variation among the dorms? My D was at orientation, and she thought the food in East Quad was awful. Other than the food and the dirty showers, though, she loved everything about UMich (so she and I are very happy).

Having actually lived at East Quad for the past year, I can assure you that orientation food is far worse than what it usually is. Still, my favorite in terms of selection and quality is Bursley. South Quad is also very good.

I've heard stockwell is great. True?

Don't know about Stockwell. but South Quad and Bursley are generally conisdered the best, followed by West Quad.

I heard my dorm (Oxford) doesn't even have a cafeteria. Great.

I heard oxford isn't even a dorm, just a bunch of buildings.

Hey, you don't need to make it sound any worse :P
