Does anyone happen to know what time orientation begins? I'll be heading up to Bing in the morning and I was wondering around what time I need to get there.

Thanks

I went to orientation on the 6th and 7th. I got there a little before 9am. At 9, they start signing ppl in. Its by alphabetical order and if you’re going to get there early, get there b4 9am. The lines are huge, so try to beat the 1/2 hr wait just to sign in.

Honestly, you could have gotten there at 11am, and miss the long lines completely. And still not miss much.

From what I remember 9-noon is for checking in, signing for bank accounts, giving in health forms, and…breakfast?

Lunch starts at noon. After that, the more “important” stuff begins.

I agree. My D attended orientation, and although the lines were very long at the outset when everyone was arriving, an hour later, the lines were much shorter. If it is possible to attend the information fair on the second floor, and then check-in afterwards on the first floor to get room assignment, pick up meal tickets, etc., it may be easier. Someone would have to keep an eye on the luggage/packs while attending the fair though because the fair itself gets crowded. (One could leave the bags in the car but it will be a “walk” back and forth because the parking lot is not real close).

Thank you so much guys! I actually got there around 11 and it was perfect timing.

Orientation was great.
Thanks again!

^^^ agreed. Got there about there about the same time as Brenstar. No line, no wait.
