<p>I'm in the July 23rd to the 25th orientation session but I'm not sure when to book my flights for.</p>
<p>Does orientation start early the first day? If so, does that mean I have to fly in the 22nd? How about the 25th? Does it end late that day?</p>
<p>Also, how do I get from the airport to the campus? Does Michigan provide transportation or do I have to do that on my own?</p>

<p>it starts at 8am on july 23rd. if you want you can pay an extra fee to stay the night at east quad on july 22nd. July 25th depends. I would just get tickets for later in the day to make sure though. (you finalize everything on july 25)</p>
<p>You should be done at the latest around 10:30 a.m. on the 25th, but maybe earlier; it just depends on what time your appointment is. Your only obligation that day is a 15-minute morning appointment with your advisor wherein you officially register for classes. Lunch and res hall tours are offered later but are optional.</p>
<p>We just returned from Orientation. Definitely arrive the night before. You need to be there early on the first day. My D was done registering for classes by 9:30 AM on the last day, but not everyone was done that early...some had later appointment times.</p>

<p>Try annarborairportshuttle.net to and from the airport (Detoit Metro). For one person it's $35 from the airport to UM, and $30 from UM to the airport.</p>
