<p>Hello! I will be attending UGA starting this fall and I could not register for the regular orientation dates (the 2 day ones). Therefore I had to settle with the one on August 7th, which is a single day orientation. Will I be missing anything importing on the one day orientation that students would regularly do on the two day orientation? I am worries that I messed up by waiting too long to sign up for the orientation. </p>

<p>Recommend that you check daily because people do quite a bit of registering and then changing their registrations throughout the summer. My son and I attended orientation last week and he described it as incredibly well done - informative, fun, social and helpful in getting acclimated to the place and the lifestyle. If you ultimately have the opportunity to attend, adjust your calendar, drive or fly the distance and attend. I think you’ll be glad you did.</p>
