<p>What's orientation like/ what activities are planned?</p>
<p>Orientation is amazing. There are always a host of activities planned, and I think it stays relatively the same (but slight changes each year). There is 'Cornell Night', where many of the a cappella groups, dance troupes, etc all perform outside on the Arts Quad. There's ClubFest, where each club/organization sets up a table in Barton and you walk around, learning about all of them. Last year, we also had Casino Night, Movies on the Slope, and a hynoptist/comedian night. There are tons more informal/unplanned things, though, and you of course spend lots of time meeting friends/going to academic meetings/etc etc. Look for a schedule about it either mailed to you or posted on newstudentprograms.cornell.edu :)</p>
