so exactly what does the orientation consist of, i’m just wondering whether or not we participate in any kind of PT or intramurals or any other athletic event. Or if it is all just a whole bunch of presentations and whatnot. Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated

maybe, maybe not. It is up to your cadet host based on their schedule. You will have about 6 hours (BRUTAL!) of presentations in Arnold hall and then you will be released to your host cadet. We take you to classes and anything we choose to take you to. By then, with the exception of maybe group/wing finals for intermurals, no intermurals will be going on.

thank you...so i'm going to be ready with PT gear so that i'm prepared for whatever they throught at me

Good idea. They might just take you down for a b-ball game or something else fun.

So, khaki's and decent shirt for class, PT clothes for just in case, and a blanket for the night? Swimsuit?

If you're staying with me you'll want a swimsuit, but it's not necessarely something you need to bring...only if your cadet goes swimming and you want to swim too.

On that note, I'm available to escort on the 1st and 2nd sessions if anyone wants. PM me if that's the case.

well i'm not exactly sure that i'm in yet. I called the admissions office again yesterday and they said that thier decision letter was mailed Tuesday. It was not in the mail today so i'm hoping to see it tommorow. I will just do the same, come prepared for anything. (Better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it as my parents would say)

How does being paired up with a cadet work? Is it completely random or is it possible to request someone?

therover5509, as many of us have already posted, cadets on CC have already volunteered to pair up. You can find a cadet to be with or just show up and get a random person.

khaki's and nice shirt for class isn't even necessary. Jeans would be ok too (unless you really want to dress up).
