Orientation

What do you need to bring to Orientation? I'll be going to the one on July 8-9.

You need to bring your ID (Driver’s license…) so that you can get your UCF ID Card.

Other than that, possibly a list of classes that you plan to register for.

It’s not a bad idea to bring a list of your AP classes and credit you have for them, even if some of the list is for “expected” scores. Also, just in case … bring a copy of your vaccination record, too. We had a friend last year where it didn’t show up on line that he was missing his immunization record, but when he got to orientation they told him they didn’t have a copy so he couldn’t register for classes. Lo and behold, whipped out that record … and all was well again with the world. :)

Get plenty of sleep the day before and wear something comfortable. The first day of orientation is very tiring, starts at 8am and ends about 8pm!

How long does it take for our orientation confirmation packets to come in? I registered and was confirmed for orientation about a month and a half ago. I recieved the parking pass and the parent alumni booklet (idk if this has anything to do with it though) but no confirmation packet. I read on the website that if you don’t recieve one two weeks before orientation to call UCF. I was just wondering if everyone else’s came this late. I have about 3 weeks before orientation, btw.

The parking pass is the confirmation packet. I was expecting more too, but that is it.

Oh. Well, It made it sound like a real packet. lol Thanks.
