<p>I think the experiences you would get would be totally different.</p>
<p>OSU is not really a commuter school - there are commuters, but the school is gigantic. There’s a lot of school spirit and stuff going on, and I would not necessarily say the same about Stony Brook. I think more important here is the environment.</p>
<p>If you can afford the extra 6K a year, I would say OSU.</p>
