Very excited about the upcoming season.
Which teams are you cheering for?
Here’s the AP Top 25 preseason ranking:
Excited to watch UNC this season!
Go Heels! I’ll be listening for the students to rush Franklin Street.
Call me a fair weather fan. Rooting for Gonzaga
Here are the college stats guys KenPom and Torvik preseason rankings of all 363 Div I teams.
They both have great websites to follow all season.
Our football teams really, really stink. Cannot wait for basketball.
Our family teams are:
KenPom rankings
#10 Arizona
#12 Indiana
#21 Virginia Tech
#58 Stanford
#66 Vanderbilt
#70 Northwestern
Kind of psyched to see how the top 3 do.
Not listing our family teams except to say that one of them (UCLA) will make up for the others
Hoping to see some games live this season!

They looked really good in their scrimmage against Johnson C Smith.

One cannot even imagine the atmosphere tonight at Assembly Hall.
What a storied venue.
9:15pm (EST) ESPN #18 North Carolina @ #10 Indiana
that was a rough game to watch for Carolina fans
As always, super excited for the Horns. As always, don’t trust that they are as good as the polls make them look. I will say, however, that they looked amazing against Gonzaga.
Early in the season, which is a good time to grow for the big time in March. UNC may get it all together by then, however my Indiana Hoosiers are looking pretty good at the moment. Tough tests at defending National Champs’ Kansas and probably an even tougher matchup against Arizona in Las Vegas in the next 2 weeks.
Indiana looked GREAT last night! I think they will have a very good year. I’m still holding out hope that the UNC men’s team will get it together, but super pleased that the women’s team is doing so well this year, at least! I’m looking forward to following them this season.
Quite dizzying to follow transfers.
Nice overview of who is having impact now as a transfer.
