Is the Big 10 the best conference?
I was surprised to hear some commentators say so.
Usually ACC, SEC, Big 12, PAC 12 vying for that title.

Have some homework to do, to get caught up.

Are we also talking about women’s basketball? The Big 10 is maybe the best in women’s. They have 3 teams in the top 10 and 5 in the top 15.

So hard to win on the road in the Big Ten. Terp men struggled on road in NE.

I am sitting here watching the Indiana at Iowa women’s game. I know there have been packed houses for Iowa women this season, even on the road, people want to see Caitlin Clark.

It just makes me happy to finally see packed houses for women’s games. It is about time.

Women’s basketball has been super exciting this season! My husband has a work trip to Seattle next month and we are flying in a few days early to attend the NCAA women’s tournament with some friends. 6 games in 4 days and it’s looking like there will be some great games to watch!

That Iowa/Indiana game on Sunday was great to watch. College basketball at its finest. Packed house. Back and forth game. Last second game winner by Clark from Iowa. She is the best in college.

Solo ACC leader Pitt still completely disrespected in the rankings - teams behind them leaping ahead and multiple teams a spot or two above moving up even with recent losses.

And Purdue still at #5 after losing 4 of 6?

Glad it’s tournament time and rankings soon won’t matter. Though perhaps ACC champion Pitt will end up with an 11 seed

The Iowa/Indiana women’s game on Saturday set a Big 10 attendance record for a women’s game. I saw the numbers yesterday and now can’t find them. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

The state of Iowa has 4 Division 1 schools and will have 6 teams in the NCAA tournaments. Drake men and women each won their conference tournaments, Iowa women won their conference tournament, and Iowa State women won their conference tournament. Iowa and ISU men will also get into the NCAA tournament.

Also, the Big 10 and Big 12 woman’s player of the year both come from the state of Iowa.

It’s been a good year of basketball in Iowa, particularly for the women.
