<p>I was supposed to move in today, but I live in Jacksonville. so we would've had to drive through the eye almost... except the highway is closed.</p>
<p>I think they should get a crew of weather man on a boat behind the storm and everyone should paddle all at once and push Fay so she goes somewhere.</p>
<p>Sorority Recruitment was cancelled for today for the second time. Now I have no idea how they will get it done before classes start!</p>

<p>I moved in yesterday, but it was pouring rain Wednesday evening driving up to Orlando, and all day yesterday. The good thing is that because of Fay, not many people showed up to move in Thursday, so there weren't any elevator lines. Considering I'm on the 7th floor of the towers, Fay was a time saver!</p>
<p>And it's still raining this morning, so I'm not sure how many people will turn up today.</p>
<p>My daughter moved in last Sunday for marching band. As you can imagine, they have been practicing indoors all week!</p>
<p>My S isn't in a big hurry (but then we're local). He went with a friend of his who's moving on campus after living at home last year ... he's in the Towers now, too. They went and got their keys yesterday. Good thing they did, as his friend had been placed in a room where 4 people already lived. Oops! They found him a room, but it's in a different tower now. Oh well ... at least they figured it out before he was up there with all his stuff. S's bummed, however, as he got the smaller bedroom this year. He sooo liked the bigger bedroom he had last year. He actually asked me to help him organize ... 'cause he knows I'll make it "seem" bigger. Ah .... he still needs me. LOL</p>

<p>Got moved in today, not much of a crowd. My roommate is still MIA.</p>
<p>S moved in everything today, too, before the rains came AGAIN :( He's home tonight, though, doing laundry ... he'll take his clothes over tomorrow. He managed to lock his room key in his bedroom ... LOL. </p>

<p>D has been doing rush week in the pouring rain.... Not the optimal conditions for looking your best. Tomorrow is BID day.</p>
