Other college acceptances?

<p>I worked for a large company that had a world-class R&D organization. A lot of the PhDs got their undergraduate degree at non-descript Tier 2 and Tier 3 universities and then got their graduate degrees at top schools. Some got their undergrad degrees at Ivies too. I worked directly with two guys who got their BS degrees from Dartmouth. One was excellent and one was terrible. (He had no common sense and was ineffective).</p>
