I never filled out the secondary school report on the common app school forms for Harvard, but today Harvard gave me an ID, and I logged in to see my status and it had a sate next to the secondary school report, 12/27/07, does that mean they got it already on that date? And how is that possible since I haven't filled one out, did my guidance counselor send something? Should I still complete one and send it out?

I send my recs and evaluations to the address Harvard designates, and USPS tracking stated that they had delivered the envelope but no one was there to claim it, how could no one be there where everything is delivered? What should I do?

1) It's possible that your school had copies of the common app secondary report and your GC filled it out and sent it, along with transcript.
You can't send an extra one out on your own without having your GC fill it out.
If you are referring to the Part 2 of Secondary report (for Harvard), that one is not necessary.

2) You will know if everything else arrived because Harvard will inform you if anything is missing (as stated on the status check page), so you don't need to do anything for now.
Any stuff that's missing does not have to be in Jan 1st. Only your own app needs to be submitted by that date.

Art supplement has a deadline of Jan 1st.
Not sure if that's "postmarked" or "Receipt of". I suggest you look at instructions on the Harvard supplement. Normally it means postmarked by, but to be safe call Harvard tomorrow or Monday, if you can't find it on the instructions.

Since the art supp is your responsibilty, rather than other stuff that's out of your control, that deadline might be fixed. Call them though if you're stuck.
Good luck!
