OU vs UTD vs UH? Help!

I am an Econ major looking at transferring to one of the above three schools. I have already weighed my options on things like price (all about equal), and location (I'd like to live in Houston first, Dallas second, Norman third). So now my basic question is: which degree will be most useful in the workforce and entering grad school?

BS in Econ from Price at University of Oklahoma
BS in Econ from University of Texas as Dallas
BA in Econ from University of Houston (BS not offered)

Ideally, I'd like to either go strait to grad school or work one or two years and then go. I really want to live in Houston, but don't know much about UH and there is no BS offered. Any opinions or advice would be much appreciated.

It is perfectly OK to contact the departments themselves and ask about grad school and career placement. The career centers at each of these universities will be able to give you specific information about internship and job placements for students in the major that you are considering.

If you are concerned about whether or not the program that UH awards a BA for is significantly different from programs that other institutions award a BS for, read through the specific graduation requirements. If the department only awards a BA, chances are it is not different at all.
