<p>Getting waitlisted at a college VS Getting Rejected?</p>
<p>That depends on the college... i was rejected by Princeton, and although I didn't care because I was already in at Duke/didn't expect to get in, their rejection letter was very curt and evil. Having said that, I would prefer rejection because of how slim the chances are of being accepted off of the waitlist.</p>
