seriously.

GO BLUE!!!

Yes.

Tackling is not the only problem. Below are some necessary ingredients to having a successful football program, and how I would grade RR in each of those facets:

Fostering team pride, loyalty and chemistry : F

Special Teams: F

Defense: F

Making use of existing talent: F

Team discipline: F

Offense: B

Overall, RR has done very little to develop the program inhis three years in Ann Arbor. I honestly do not see this team finishing better than 7-5, including losses to Wisconsin and OSU. If the AD can find a good replacement, RR is out of there.

They also need to learn that the ball is live after a blocked field goal…

The dumb hick doesnt know he can’t decline a False start and he’s coaching…

Agree wth every negative comment about this coach. He’s got to go at the end of this season. Alexandre, you are 100% right!

i say keep him, but only if we go 8-4. This game was easily winnable, we shot ourselves in the foot, and I basically blame the loss on the two times we gave them first downs on 3rd and long during the last drive, and also on our *ING HORRIBLE kicker. 2 out of bounds kicks?! *ING SERIOUSLY?! i think letting them start at the 40 yard line those two times ultimately lost it for us

The offensive juggernaut, UMASS, who rolled over our defense, just lost to Richmond 11-10 today…
Cant believe our defense is that much worse than a bad FCS school like Richmond…

yea i agree. our kicking team is very sad to watch. didn’t know it could get so bad in college…

…at least OSU lost to Wisconsin :)

^ Yeah, barrons is happy.

You guys are starting to sound like Cal fans… :)

Mayne **** osu and wisconsin

On a positive note, our offense put a dent in Iowa’s defense, gaining 500 yards of offense, scoring the first two rushing TDs and 28 points overall. DR got hurt, but he managed to rush for over 100 yards. Tate looked very good too. In fact, the offense worked better with him than with DR. If only our team had a defense and a decent kicking team!

Alexandre, that’s because iowa’s kirk ferentz is very similar to our very own lloyd carr. Once they go up winning by 2 or so TDs they would play very passive. Iowa was showing prevent defense backing off their DBs giving tate the slant all day, something that was not available to drob when the game was still close. That’s one of the things I really hated about lloyd carr: extremely conservative when up by a few instead of putting the opponents away

After three games we’re tied for seventh place in Big Ten play. The Penn State game will tell us if there is anything left in this team. That was the week last year that it looked like Michigan was giving up. Every game after that (except Purdue) was over before it started. I’m going to enjoy the week off next Saturday.

maybe they should switch robinson to RB and start forcier at QB. what do you think about that?

That was the best team effort/performance by the Badgers in years. If they only would play 95% that well all the time they would be pretty good. Iowa will be very tough at home.

Wisky played very well. Iowa did not particularly impress me.

Losing Molk and Martin early got to affect our games on both side of the ball. I’m not that impress with the Iowa defense either.

Is it true that RR coahes our special team? If so, he should fire himself and get someone else who knows how to do that. Btw, I hope we put high priority on recruiting a good kicker next year.

Here’s a kicker who can make field goals from 40+ yards.

Our kickers kick like Betty White.
