As major preparation for success on the LSAT and eventually law school, besides assigned reading a college professor gives a student, what types of reading material should an undergraduate read (leisure reading) during college? Especially to facilitate comprehension of most difficult material that you would read in law school. Should one read material like that on an academic book such as philosophy, psychology, history, etc.? Actually, does it matter what material you read? I truly love John Grisham novels and such, however, they are usually quite easy to understand; nonetheless it is interesting. So should i progress by reading more difficult material (that may be less interesting) or read novels or materials that interest me regardless?

I just want to increase my intellectual capacity to make academics a lot easier and less stressful. Any input would naturally be appreciated.
