Out of State Application Transfer Q

Hello, I am in the process of applying to a college in PA. My parents are divorced and I live with my mom in NJ, my dad lives in PA. Should I put his address when I apply to the PA school so I will get in state tuition? I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do that or not. Thanks for any responses. =)

I’m applying to schools this week so this is very important. Someone please respond.

BTW, this took me 20 seconds to find. When you go off to college you’ll have to learn to do your own research.
