Out-of State BOP

I received a call today about an interview for the Barnard Opportunity Program. From what they said on the phone and what I found online, it seems kinda like an EOF program. Anyboyd know anything further about this program ? And If I’m receiving a call (eventhough I REFUSE to get my hopes up), does that say anything about the status of my application? Anyone else received a similar call, or had an admissions interview in the past ? Input would be greatly appreciated because this came out of nowhere and now I have a thousand questions in my head and I don’t know what is going on ! lol

BOP program is described here:
[Barnard Opportunity Program (non-NYS residents) | Barnard College](http://www.barnard.edu/admissions/apply/higher-ed-opportunity-programs/bop)

I think this probably means that you will be accepted* and they are looking for a way to qualify you for extra academic support an financial aid. (*No guarantees, of course – but nothing else really makes sense.).
