Your test scores aren't that great.

I should probably mention that my choices are:

UCLA
UC: San Diego
UC: Davis
UC: Irvine
San Diego State University
CSU: Long Beach

Honestly, It would be a long shot. But that shouldn't stop you from applying. I don't know about CSU's but UCs are tough.

San Diego State looks promising, see:

I think you would have a good chance for all but UCLA and some majors at UCSD. You do realize the expense for OOS students?

I know it'll be expensive, but I live in Nevada, and there are no good colleges here, so pretty much anywhere I go will be expensive.

SAT score above average (average 2000) for ucla, GPA average 4.3 is the average
you should get in, but you are OOS so it's not for sure. but your chance sare good.

UCLA/UCSD: match
UCD/UCI: safe match
SDSU: safe match - safety
CSULB: safe match - safety

Your plans on SAT IIs are good.

You look good for all the schools, even UCSD/UCLA. All the schools listed have good reps. Best of luck.

I got accepted into every one of those colleges! Even UCLA.

Congratulations, OOS acceptance to UCLA is on par with ivy-league acceptance and similar schools!
