I know Csulb is mostly a local college and they are priority but what chances would an out of state have to be accepted and possibly what stat would one need to have to be accepted?

For starters, CSUs accepted more out of state last year. Since, out of staters pay more and California is not doing to well, I wouldn’t be surprised if they do the same this year for the money. However, there were around 80,000 applicants to CSULB, mostly in state I believe, which is more than UCLA’s average of around 50,000 applicant and is the number one applied to school in the nation. Also there is only a certain amount of people that can be accepted. So overall, it will be hard to predict how this year goes.
