Out of State Financial Aid

From California, 2 sisters (6 people living in a house), parents make roughly 90,000 per year, URM (Black). How much in scholarships/grants could i possibly get? Thanks guys. UW is my dream school, i really hope the financial aid part works out :/

Hi there.

The UW doesn’t offer much financial aid if you are out of state. The State of Washington, of course, also doesn’t offer anything.

So, the only aid you should count on is federal.

You can get estimations of financial aid by going to [Estimate Your Aid | Federal Student Aid](http://studentaid.ed.gov/fafsa/estimate).

Also, there is a forum where you can find experts in financial aid: [Financial Aid & Scholarships - College Confidential](Financial Aid and Scholarships - College Confidential Forums)
