out of state scholarships

<p>i get in state tuition for iowa, minnesota, wisconsin, and the dakotas. this gives me a lot of options for good schools but i would really like to expand my horizon and be able to put other state schools into perspective. i was just wondering if anyone knew of any public schools that give scholarships that reduce out of state tuition to in state tuition. my stats are nothing overwhelming- 3.9 gpa, 28 ACT, top 9% in class, my school doesnt offer any AP classes but im in calculus and thats pretty much as close as we get. thanks a lot</p>
