out-of-state to move in-state to get in?

After having done an overwhelming amount of research, I'm really beginning to wonder if I should move back to Texas with a relative or friend so I can get into Texas. Yes, I know it would be rather low and sneaky, but I am positive that UT is the right school for me. I was born and raised in Texas and only recently transferred out of state. I've visited the UT Austin campus, looked into their RTF program, and love it.
So would it be worth moving to a small town with some friends of the family so I could graduate in the top 10%? And go ahead, call me a bad person, but I do not want to end up at Western Kentucky University. I love UT and if I'd still live in-state, I'd probably be graduating in the top 10% at my old public school.

Any advice?

my stats, as an out of state student:

female hispanic
3.5 U (We don't weigh grades)
top 30%
28 ACT
ECs: Lots of different, yet important extracurriculars, such as founder/student coordinator of the Diversity Steering Committee

Are you a military dependent? I was in the same situation, but unfortunately I had to stay out of state. I used to go to a high school in central TX and could have graduated top 10%. Now I am out of state, still graduating top ten%, but admission is a lot tougher now. As for your chances I don't know, but I am interested because my stats are close to yours. Good Luck

No, I'm not military dependent. My padre works for UPS, which tends to move their employees around.

I'm having an extremely difficult time with this decision. At the same time, I wonder if I should just plan on attending school in Texas and applying to this art academy where I could study film for my senior year and then apply to UTexas. I don't know. Either way, I want to go to UT.
