<p>How is Ohio State in concern for out of state students.</p>
<p>I’ve always gone to out of state schools but I know Ohio State has a lot of in state people. I saw it was close to 90% or something of that nature. Is there like a rift from the out of state people? Are they rare there? Or does it not really matter that much.</p>
