Hey guys,

This is my first post and you guys have tons of information on many different topics. I think this is a great site to be apart of, thanks!

Anywho, I've been doing a lot of research on transferring to schools in California. I am in Atlanta, Georgia right now, at a community college and my dream right now is to be in Cali for college. The colleges that I am looking at are UCLA(extreme reach), UCSD and UCI for business. However, I am kind of stumped because their is a lot that I need to fulfill before even applying to these schools.

By the time I finish my sophomore year of college here, I think I will have a GPA between 3.4 and 3.6... not so good.

Everything is extremely complicated because I am a out of stater trying to transfer to a UC so I have a few questions...

1) What is the average GPA needed for OOS transfers (UCLA,UCSD,UCI)? I've been reading, search around the forum and for UCLA's business program, it is very competitive so I don't think I will have much of a chance there..

2) I was reading about the required classes for UCSD, UCI and I need to finish Calculus 3,4 and Linear Algebra.. By the time I finish 2 years from my current college, I will only have Calculus 1 and 2 finished. What other prereq's do I need absolutely need? Is their a thread that has all the requirements needed for certain UC colleges to make things easier for out of staters?

3) Is their a site where I can see my credit equivalency to the UC's? I've been looking around and I cannot find it anywhere.

If I don't or if I can't meet, finish the things needed, I probably have to attend Georgia Tech or University of Georgia. I HATE GEORGIA!
