<p>Can anyone please let me know why the out-of-state tuition has dramatically increased???Does the university not want OOS students, or are we subsidizing costs for everyone else?</p>

<p>Budget cuts, and the administration over-reacting to them by raising tuition costs way more than they need to be.</p>
