Out of state tuition

<p>Hello.
I am a North Carolina resident and have just recently applied to USC. If i am accepted, are there any ways to get the out of state tuition waived. I live 1 hour from the SC/NC border.
I don't know if this is relevant but…
SAT- 1800
GPA- 3.7

<p>Look at money matters information below. It may depend on what CR+M is on SAT. It gives the ranges for scholarships that waive or reduce OOS tuition. How close you live to SC border isn’t relevant.</p>
