<p>I heard being out-of-state and applying to Rutgers puts you at a HUGE disadvantage.
How much harder is it to get into Rutgers if you are OOS?</p>

<p>It's not that bad. I got in from out of state with a 3.0 unweighted GPA. (3.7 Weighted)</p>
